Privacy Policy

In short: Your pet's health data stays on your device. We don't collect, store, or share any of your personal information. Purrwell is designed with privacy at its core.

1. Who We Are

Purrwell is developed by Halil Göktepe ("we", "us", "our"). This privacy policy explains how the Purrwell mobile application handles your information.

2. Data We Collect

We collect no personal data. All information you enter into Purrwell — including pet profiles, health records, weight entries, vaccination schedules, feeding logs, photos, and preferences — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework and UserDefaults.

3. Data Storage

Local only: All your pet health data is stored on your iPhone and never transmitted to any server.
No cloud sync: We do not currently offer cloud synchronization. Your data exists only on the device where you entered it.
No accounts: Purrwell does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information.

4. Third-Party Services

Purrwell uses the following third-party service:

RevenueCat: Used solely to process in-app subscriptions (Purrwell Premium). RevenueCat receives only the information necessary to manage your subscription through Apple's App Store. We do not share any of your pet health data with RevenueCat. You can review RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

5. Analytics and Tracking

We do not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks. No usage data, crash reports, or behavioral information is collected or transmitted.

6. Photos

Purrwell allows you to add photos to pet profiles and journal entries. These photos are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to any server. Photos are compressed on-device to reduce storage usage.

7. Notifications

Purrwell may send local notifications for vaccination reminders, medication schedules, and vet appointments if you enable this feature. These notifications are generated entirely on your device and are not sent through any external server.

8. AI Health Features

Purrwell's AI-powered health alerts and wellness scores are computed entirely on your device. No health data is sent to any external AI service or server for processing.

9. Data Export

You can generate PDF health reports for your pets at any time within the app. These reports are created locally on your device.

10. Data Deletion

You can permanently delete all your data at any time through Settings > Delete All Data. Since we store nothing externally, deleting the app also removes all your data.

11. Children's Privacy

Purrwell does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app does not require any personal information to use.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
