Terms of Use

1. Using Leyvia

By downloading or using Leyvia (the "App"), you agree to these terms. If you download it from the App Store, you also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (standard EULA). If you download it or buy the Pase through Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What the App is

Leyvia helps you prepare for the theory test for the class B driver's license in Spain: questions with explanations, practice tests, mistake review and a step-by-step guide to the DGT process. Every answer shows its source: an article of Spanish law published in the BOE (Spain's official gazette) or a DGT publication.

Leyvia is an independent app. It is not affiliated with the DGT or any public authority, and its questions are not the official exam questions. We review the content carefully, but it may contain errors and the rules can change: if in doubt, check the official sources. Using the App does not guarantee that you will pass the exam.

3. The Pase

Without paying, you can answer 30 questions a day (you can also use them to review your mistakes), take one practice test every 7 days, read the 2026 RGC changes and use the App in English.

The Pase adds unlimited sessions and practice tests, practice by topic, your readiness status and, on compatible iPhones, "Ask the law" (not available on Android). It is sold through the App Store and Google Play as a 1-month or 3-month auto-renewing subscription, at the price the App shows before you buy.

On iPhone, payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it in Settings › your name › Subscriptions.

On Android, payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before then. You can manage or cancel it in the Google Play app › profile icon › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.

If you cancel the subscription, you keep the Pase until the end of the period you've already paid for. Apple and Google handle payments and refunds under their own terms.

4. Your data

Your progress and settings stay on your device, as the Privacy Policy explains. Because we never store them on a server, we cannot recover them if you lose your device, reset it or delete the App.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its questions, explanations, design and code, belongs to Halil Göktepe. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer it, except to the extent the law expressly allows. The legal texts it quotes are official rules published in the BOE, and DGT publications belong to the DGT; the App reproduces them as the source of each answer.

6. No warranty

Except for the guarantees that applicable consumer law gives you, the App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Halil Göktepe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that applicable consumer law gives you.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and using the App after a change means you accept the new terms. If you don't agree, you can stop using it and cancel the Pase at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without affecting the rights the law of your country of residence gives you.
