By downloading, installing, or using the Purrwell application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Purrwell is a pet health tracking application for dogs, cats, and other companion animals. The App helps you monitor your pet's weight, vaccinations, medications, feeding, vet visits, and overall wellness through AI-powered insights and personalized health alerts.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the health data you enter into the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored on it.
• Purrwell is a health tracking tool, not a veterinary service. The App does not provide veterinary, medical, or diagnostic advice.
• AI-powered health alerts and wellness scores are informational only and should not replace professional veterinary consultation.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free tier: Basic pet profile and health tracking features are available at no cost (limited to 1 pet).
• Purrwell Premium: Premium features (AI health alerts, breed guides, enrichment plans, unlimited pets, PDF reports, expense tracking, widgets) are available through auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly or yearly) via the Apple App Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
• Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may vary.

5. Data and Privacy

All your data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal or pet health information. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

6. Data Loss

Since all data is stored locally on your device, we cannot recover data that is lost due to device damage, loss, app deletion, or data reset. We recommend using the PDF export feature regularly to maintain records of your pet's health history.

7. Health Disclaimer

Purrwell is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. AI health alerts, breed-specific health guides, wellness scores, and enrichment recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical decisions regarding your pet's health.

8. Intellectual Property

The Purrwell app, including its design, code, icons, breed data, and content, is the intellectual property of Halil Göktepe. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halil Göktepe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health decisions made based on information in the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
